Our history
Welcome to our home

At L'Étoile Neva, cats are king, and our passion for animals goes back a long way. Growing up in the countryside, we shared our lives with a wide variety of companions: farm animals, reptiles, fish, as well as dogs and cats. Some of them are still with us today in Normandy.
The story of Étoile Neva began with a chance meeting at university near Paris. When the idea of living together became a reality, we looked for a running companion who would adapt well to life in a flat. The Siberian was the obvious choice, as we both wanted our own: a female for the lady and a male for the gentleman. Our adventure began in 2014 with the arrival of our first cat, Inata de la Vallée de Cousse, followed by Juubimaru de Tirvolet.
After our first litter, we received numerous contacts from people allergic to cats, encouraging us to continue breeding. And so Étoile Neva was born.
The Siberian is a majestic, cuddly and affectionate cat. Its robust build and sociable temperament make it an ideal companion for children. Free from known genetic diseases, they come in two types: the Traditional and the Neva. Nicknamed the "dog-cat", it adapts to the lead, often provoking astonishment from passers-by.
